Rentals America Las Vegas opened in November 2020 under the care of Nicole Chavarin as broker and property manager for the region. Nicole is a native of the Southwest and has always been passionate about helping others. Her family values and professional experiences have taught her to be mindful, patient and to easily adapt in diverse and changing situations. She is a licensed Nevada Property Manager and is passionate about customer service. Nicole is devoted to serving Las Vegas and surrounding areas with the utmost care and dedication to her clients and neighbors.
